CHARACTER DESIGN
"Cripple Creek High" follows five unlikely friends who form a paranormal investigation group in their small town, using their unique abilities to uncover hidden dangers and dark forces. The idea is meant to be a comedy-horror mesh with a focus on mystery and supernatural elements despite the cartoonish style.
Kenta Obi
Kenta is the skeptical brains of the group, providing logical solutions and practical knowledge to whatever mystery abounds. He is well-read, self-aware, and a huge scaredy-cat!

The Winterscream
A terrifying, humanoid creature that resides in the dense, misty forests surrounding Cripple Creek. The group ultimately defeats it by uncovering its weakness—fire and certain rituals that can prevent its regeneration.
As a result of the Earth's new alliance with Extra Terrestrial life, new lifeforms have come to live amongst us. Gerald, a one-eyed alien, has decided to land down in Roswell, New Mexico, determined to find part-time job, only to instead find weird coworkers, wacky neighbors, and incredible adventures.

Mr. Boogoli
The charismatic and frugal owner and manager of "XenoFix Auto Repair". He is often worried about making a profit, but he also deeply cares for his employees.
This is a story idea I had revolving around a young boy who is forced to live in a post-apocalyptic city where giant, unseen creatures roam around the area. I made a small storyboard animatic, which you can find HERE, that is an expansion on this concept.
